At LSCFT we are passionate about providing high quality patient centred care. We are currently recruiting a forward-thinking, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our receptionist / admin team based at The Harbour Hospital, Blackpool, Fylde Coast Administration locality.
As a vital team member you will provide excellent reception / administration and communication skills and work flexibly in response to the service needs. You will have strong interpersonal and organisational skills, be computer literate and be able to use a variety of systems including Excel and Microsoft Office, possess excellent time management skills along with the ability to manage competing demands and priorities.
This is a very varied role and would suit someone who is highly motivated and capable of working on their own initiative, with a medium level of supervision.
This is an exciting opportunity for a committed individual to join the Administrative Team and assist in the smooth running of the service.
This will include:
The successful candidate will have a good all round administration skills/experience and knowledge of customer service. You will be required to work flexibly in response to the needs of the networks administration service, providing cover to various sites as directed by their administration line manager to ensure continuity of a quality service provision.
