Part‑Time School Receptionist / Therapy Team Administrator

Oaklands is an Outstanding special school serving the London Borough of Hounslow. We provide specialist education to students with severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple difficulties and autism. We have a Primary school (New Oaks) and a Secondary school (High Oaks). We cater for students aged from 4 to 19. We are based across two different sites with both our school buildings offering state‑of‑the‑art facilities for our students.

An exciting new post has become available across our friendly Admin and Therapy team for a Part‑Time Receptionist/Therapy Team Administrator at New Oaks Primary School. You will meet and greet our students and visitors and carry out general clerical and administrative duties within both the reception and therapy teams. You will have reception experience and excellent communication skills. Please refer to the job description and person specification for full details of the role and the skills/experience required. Pay scale: Scale 4, Point 7 to Point 10
Actual Salary: £14,475 to £15,108 per annum

Hours of work: 10am until 2pm (20 hours per week)

Contract Type: Permanent, term time only (39 weeks per year)

Induction: Successful candidates will be required to attend a pre‑employment induction
