Job Overview

A temporary receptionist role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. This role involves providing professional, high‑quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as completing a range of administrative tasks.

Main Duties
  • Answer the telephone and respond to enquiries, redirect calls to relevant staff and record messages.
  • Complete reception‑related administration, maintain databases, and provide administrative assistance as required by the General Manager.
  • Maintain the general tidiness of the reception area and liaise with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.
