Overview

An opportunity has arisen for a receptionist/administrator to join the AHP Admin Team based at the Borders General Hospital. This post involves reception cover, booking of appointments, adding referrals, answering telephone calls and inbox management, among other duties.

The AHP Admin Team provide support for the following services: Physiotherapy, Speech and Language, Podiatry, Orthotics, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics and Art Therapy.

  • Administrative support to the AHP services listed above

Working hours

This post is for 17 hours per week and will be required to work Wednesday to Friday or Tuesday to Friday.

Remuneration and eligibility

Please note: the salary quoted is for full-time hours (37 hours per week). For appointments to part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rata.
