Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors
  • Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient records
  • Process payments and handle administrative tasks with precision
  • Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and practice managers to keep the practice running smoothly
  • Promote and upsell dental services and products to support patient care
  • Be a key part of creating a positive, friendly atmosphere in the practice
Qualifications

  • Team & experience: long‑standing clinicians – receptionist with 15 years’ experience, dentist with 10 years’ experience, clinician with 14 years’ dental experience (started as a nurse)

  • Implant dentistry, minor oral surgery (MOS), orthodontics (fixed and short‑term)
