A healthcare provider in Stapleford is seeking a part-time receptionist to join their busy GP practice. Responsibilities include managing appointments, answering calls, and supporting clinical staff. Ideal candidates will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a calm demeanor and a caring nature. Previous experience is preferred but not necessary, as full training will be provided. Candidates must have GCS grades A to C in English and Maths.
We are looking to recruit a part time receptionist to join the team at the Victoria and Mapperley Practice. Experience is desired but not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate.
The successful candidate will contribute to working cooperatively and efficiently with other members of the reception team to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Your key role will be to help patients at the reception desk and promptly answer the telephone, booking appointments, dealing with queries and taking clear messages for other colleagues working at the Practice. You will also be responsible for a number of administrative duties.
We are looking for someone who enjoys dealing with people and has excellent verbal and written communication. You should be calm under pressure and have a caring and sympathetic nature.

Victoria and Mapperley Practice, Nottingham.
We are a busy but friendly GP practice that operates across two sites in Nottingham. One site is based near to the Victoria shopping centre and the other site is on the main high street in Mapperley.
We have a fantastic, supportive team of reception staff, administrators, GPs and nurses who work across both sites, caring for patients in parts of the city centre, the Woodborough road area and Mapperley.
