Who We Are

HealthHarmonie is a fast paced, growing healthcare organisation that operates from various locations across England. Headquartered in Birmingham, we were established in 2003 and have been growing ever since, in the ever-changing healthcare industry, developing our presence across the UK.

We work in partnership with a number of NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups nationwide to provide patients with access to community services closer to their home, these include Diagnostic Ultrasound, Gynaecology Services, diagnosis and treatment of Dermatological conditions, Ophthalmology services and the provision of extended Minor surgery procedures.

About The Role

As a Receptionist at HealthHarmonie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our healthcare services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients and visitors, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere
  • Responsible for keeping the reception area clean, organised, and well‑maintained at all times
  • Accurately inputting patient details into the Evolution system to maintain comprehensive records
  • Assessing and prioritising patient referrals based on urgency and medical need
  • Contacting patients to schedule appointmentsScanning and attaching referrals to the respective patient's file for easy accessibility
Work Schedule and Location
  • You will work on a 5 out of 7‑day schedule as our service operates seven days a week
  • 8‑hour shifts will generally fall between 8:00am and 6pm

Your main base will be Royton Health and Wellbeing centre Park St, Royton, Oldham OL2 6QW however you may be asked to cover other clinic locations.

About You
  • MUST HAVE a driving license and own vehicle to visit the multiple clinic sites

  • Prior reception and administration experience is preferable; however, we welcome applicants who display a strong passion for providing high‑quality care and take pride in their work, and we will invest in your training accordingly.

  • Before commencing your role, you must fulfil legal eligibility requirements to work with us, including a successful disclosure check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and the provision of your right to work documentation during the interview stage.
  • Your training will begin with a corporate induction followed by shadowing an experienced team member, ensuring you gain the necessary skills and knowledge for the role. Full attendance during the training period is essential.
