Job summary

A health and wellbeing service provider is seeking a Receptionist for the NATO Sport Centre. As the first point of contact, you will provide excellent service, manage incoming calls and emails, and maintain cleanliness in the workplace. Candidates should have vocational education, a year of experience, and good social skills. The position offers a monthly salary of 2100 – 2800 EUR, with additional perks including holiday allowance and eco-cheques.

Qualifications

  • Senior Secondary Vocational Education as a minimum.
  • 1 year’s experience as a receptionist.
  • Experience in telephone operation in an international and service-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office package.
  • Good social skills with an affinity with working with people.
  • Service and customer oriented.
  • Flexible in deployment, thinking and acting.
  • Capable of setting priorities.

About the role

We are looking for a Receptionist to be based at the NATO Sport Centre as the first point of contact for the fitness and wellbeing facilities. As the face of the reception, you will be an enthusiastic, sympathetic representative, you’ll have a great eye for detail and organisation and ensure our members receive first class service.

Your responsibilities
  • Taking and transferring incoming and outgoing telephone calls and e‑mail.
  • Receiving visitors and referring them if necessary.
  • Performing administrative work.
  • Booking meeting and / or other rooms and booking.
  • Managing various spaces and facilities.
  • Taking care of incoming and outgoing e‑mail, as well as its collection and delivery.
  • Ensuring order and cleanliness in the workplace.
What you’ll bring
