Job Description - Receptionist (EGL00HV)

Location: Eglantine Lane, Dartford, Kent DA4 9JL

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Contract: Permanent, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home
  • Taking responsibility for managing new enquiries
  • Providing advice and support face to face and over the phone
  • Conducting show-arounds within the care home
  • Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paperwork and filing
  • Dealing with enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed
Qualifications and Skills

You should have previous experience as a Receptionist with a commitment to excellent customer service. You should be friendly, approachable and well-organised, capable of building strong relationships with residents, their families and internal teams. You should be dedicated and efficient, able to handle a varied workload, with a caring attitude that underpins everything you do to make a real difference to people’s lives.
