A leading hospitality establishment is seeking a customer-focused Receptionist to join their front of house team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their experience starts positively. Key responsibilities include managing communications and upholding service standards. Ideal candidates will have a service-oriented background, and familiarity with Opera Fidelio is a plus. Location: THE PIG-at Combe, Honiton, EX14 3AD
Salary: OTE £13.21 per hour, including tronc.
Hours: 35 hours per week, over 5 days.
We are currently looking for a customer focused Receptionist to join our front of house team.
The front desk at THE PIG is essentially the hub of the hotel, being the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see. First impressions are everything and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible.
As Receptionist you will be a first point of contact for our hotel guests. We are looking for someone who loves to make guests smile every day and has high standards of service and great attention to detail.
Communication is key, as you will be required to answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and maintain constant channels of communication with all departments in the hotel.
Experience within a similar role and knowledge of Opera Fidelio is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
