About The Role

In this rewarding position, you'll train and assess learners across both college and industry environments, ensuring they receive high-quality teaching, guidance, and support. You will oversee the standard of practical work, lead on curriculum delivery, and help maintain an outstanding learning experience for all students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment across Hairdressing and/or Beauty Therapy programmes.
  • Oversee and take responsibility for the quality of learner work and curriculum provision.
  • Monitor and assess students working on Hairdressing/Beauty Therapy reception.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with college and awarding body requirements.
  • Attend programme meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Complete all necessary awarding body documentation and ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Support the promotion and marketing of programmes within the centre.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development within your specialist area.
  • Promote and uphold the College's Safeguarding, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Safety, and core values.
  • Undertake any other duties required by the College.
