We’re looking for a Reception Supervisor to join our team at our London St Paul’s location.

Key Responsibilities of the Reception Supervisor
  • Be the friendly face that greets every guest, creating a positive and exciting first impression.
  • Handle guest questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and urgency.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Help manage reservations and walk‑ins efficiently to keep the guest flow running smoothly.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience within a hospitality or entertainment setting.
