Job summary

A healthcare center in London seeks a dedicated team supervisor to support the Partners and CEO in achieving our vision. Responsibilities include managing the team's daily workload, engaging with patients across various channels, and providing training to student assistants. Prospective candidates should possess a minimum of 5 GCSEs, have at least 2 years of experience in a GP surgery, and demonstrate effective organizational and managerial skills. The post holder occupies a particular position of responsibility and trust, as they have access to sensitive patient, staff and business information. The post holder should have excellent organisational skills and have the ability to work as part of a team and also on their own initiative.

Person Specification
Qualifications
  • Education to GCSE level or above (minimum of 5 GCSEs at A* - C)
  • Working in a GP surgery for at least two years
  • Management of staff for at least one year or being an experienced Health Centre receptionist who can demonstrate that they are ready to take on managerial responsibilities
