You will report directly to the Practice Manager. Looking after a team of part time receptionist ensuring a high level of customer service to our patients. The role also includes being the Health and Safety officer for the practice.
We are a small rural practice in a beautiful village in Northamptonshire, we also straddle the borders of Oxfordshire and Warwickshire. We have 8,300 patients and are a small and friendly team

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experience andconfident Reception Manager to lead our busy front‑of‑house team and support the smooth running of our practice. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading, supervising and developingthe reception team
Organising the practice rota, arranging cover for staff absence and managing your teams annual leave
Monitoringand managing your teams sickness ensuring accurate processes and reporting
Provenability to lead, motivate, and support a team
Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Overseeingall daily reception operations and ensuring a smooth patient journey
Acalm, professional approach with the ability to manage a busy front‑of‑houseenvironment
StrongIT proficiency, multitasking ability, and attention to detail
Ensuringtimely and effective handling of patient queries and enquiries
Handlingcomplaints from patients in relation to reception services
Collaboratingclosely with the wider clinical and management team to support effectiveservice delivery
