Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the CQC-rated 'Good' Community Mental Health Team at Arndale House in Dartford.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members, including Psychiatry, Psychology and Nursing professionals.
  • Typing letters and reports via BigHand (audio) and/or copy typing.
  • Minuting meetings.
  • Using the patient record system RiO (training provided).
  • Taking phone calls and managing the admin mailbox.
  • Booking and supporting clinic appointments.
  • Some analytical work in supporting the team to achieve KPIs and Trust targets.
  • Ordering of stationery and other items via SBS (training provided).
  • Contact with patients, carers, relatives and other external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Ideally educated to GCSE standard, with A–C in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous administrative experience, including minute-taking, with excellent typing skills and telephone manner.
Additional information

High Cost Area (HCA) allowance applies for this post in Dartford, Gravesham or Swanley: 5% of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £1,258 and a maximum of £2,121 per month (annual amount divided into 12 equal payments).
