Job title: Real Estate Solicitor

Location: Reading

Salary: £65k-£80k - depending on experience

PQE Level: 5+

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded, tight-knit team based in Reading. This is a role for someone who enjoys working on high-quality matters in a genuinely collaborative environment, with access to impressive lawyers and a strong regional and national reputation in commercial property.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of complex transactional work, including acquisitions, leases, portfolio management, and corporate support, amongst others, whilst also collaborating with partners on larger matters. There\'s plenty of scope for hands-on experience, development, and client interaction from day one. As a key hire into this established department, you will play a considerable role in mentoring juniors and assisting the long-term strategy for the practice.
