Secretary

Salary: 30-40k depending on experience

Location: London Bridge

Hours: 9-5:30pm Monday - Friday

This role will be full time office based

Are you organised and proactive and looking for a new Secretarial role? Our client, a leading organisation in the Real Estate industry, is looking for a talented Secretary to join their dynamic team at their Office located in the heart of London Bridge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Typing and editing reports for approval, maintaining impeccable spelling, grammar, and formatting
  • Managing diaries efficiently to ensure seamless scheduling.
  • Assisting in the preparation and circulation of reports.
  • Tracking approvals and ensuring timely communication
  • Handling electronic filing, photocopying, scanning, and other essential office tasks.
  • Booking and preparing meeting rooms
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Coordinating courier services
  • Performing any additional duties as required.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a similar role in the real estate sector is beneficial
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Adobe Acrobat software
