Our client's Real Estate Transactions team is experiencing significant growth, with the Northern division recording record turnover as part of a firm-wide £20 million real estate practice. The team in Manchester is highly profitable and is positioned for substantial expansion with ambitious plans to grow this over the next three years.
This is a genuine growth opportunity, not a replacement hire. You\'ll join a well-structured team of 5 qualified lawyers plus trainees, working alongside established partners who focus on investment, development, energy/sustainability, and strategic land matters.
With the planned retirement of a senior partner in the next two years, there are clear succession opportunities and the chance to take a leadership role in shaping the office\'s future direction.
