Job Description
- Assist in managing live files and support all stages of conveyancing transactions.
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions.
- Prepare reports on title, mortgages, and searches (with supervision).
- Raise and review enquiries on title, contract packs, searches, and surveys.
- Handle administrative tasks including file opening, AML compliance, and post-completion formalities.
- Draft financial statements and invoices.
- Maintain internal and external systems with accurate updates.
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience as a paralegal or legal executive in conveyancing is essential.
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
- Confident, commercially aware, and able to work to deadlines using initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible, team-oriented approach.
