A well-regarded national practice is seeking a real estate NQ to join its dynamic commercial property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor with 0-3 years' PQE to work on high-value transactions across a broad spectrum of commercial property matters.
You'll be involved in a wide range of work including acquisitions and disposals, site development for mixed-use and commercial schemes, lease negotiations, joint ventures, and strategic land deals. The team advises a diverse client base spanning commercial, industrial, residential, and not-for-profit sectors.
