A fantastic opportunity to join a Legal 500 and leading Bournemouth practice who are seeking a dynamic and ambitious NQ Solicitor to join their thriving Real Estate team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading law firm in the South West and gain invaluable experience in real estate development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the management of a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, with a focus on development projects
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and provide advice to clients on property development issues
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service and legal solutions
• Stay updated on industry developments and relevant legislation to ensure the provision of accurate and timely advice

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ - 3 PQE)
• Solid understanding of commercial property law, with a focus on development matters
• Experience or a genuine interest in property development within the South West region
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment while demonstrating initiative and autonomy
