Qualifications

• A third-level qualification in Food Science or relevant subject is advantageous.
• Experience in food manufacturing, preferably with major retail customers.
• Internal Auditor training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee validation of new raw materials and support departmental leadership.
• Manage raw material non-conformances and lead investigations.
• Maintain supplier and raw material information.
• Create and maintain customer specifications.
