Candidates must have an Engineering/Telecommunications degree and proficiency in Nokia's radio technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven radio experience in RAN projects and Care contracts.
• 3+ years in technical management or customer interface role.
• Strong knowledge of Nokia's radio technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical contact in RAN TSS contracts.
• Ensure smooth execution of technical support activities.
• Lead technical activities during the care phase.
