A family-run airport hospitality provider in Scotland is seeking a committed Supervisor. You will oversee service areas, guide your team to deliver exceptional hospitality, and ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has senior-level experience in hospitality, is self-motivated, and can manage team dynamics under pressure. In this hourly paid role, shifts may start as early as 5 a.m. and involve late finishes. The position offers up to £15.02 per hour with additional benefits including free meals, a health cash plan, and 28 days of annual leave, increasing to 32 days.

As a Supervisor, you will be a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic team player, passionate about food and beverages and committed to providing exceptional customer service. This is an hourly paid role, and shifts may include early morning starts (e.g., 5 a.m.) or late finishes (e.g., the last flight). There is no requirement for split or double shifts.
In this role, you will work with the management team to oversee all service areas, ensuring our customers enjoy consistently high levels of service. You will guide the team to deliver exceptional hospitality while ensuring that the restaurant and bar operations run smoothly and meet financial performance targets.
