Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar commercial or Quantity Surveying role, ideally with SORs contract and social housing clients.
• Experience working with direct labour and subcontract procurement.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial and technical aspects of contracts, including procurement and budget management.
• Minimise costs and maximise value.
• Produce monthly contract valuations of actual deliverables against budget.

Skills

Proven ability to minimise cost and maximise value

Strong IT and Microsoft Excel skills

Ability to process high volumes of data analysis
