The Company

A newly established, boutique cost consultancy led by experienced Directors with decades of industry knowledge. The business is focused on delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects across Central London, with an ambition to remain specialist, agile, and best-in-class.

The Role

The team is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join them at an exciting stage of growth. This role will provide exposure to a range of refurbishment and new build projects, with the chance to work closely alongside senior leadership in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering cost management services across the full project lifecycle.
  • Supporting procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
  • Managing costs, reporting, and client communication.
  • Taking responsibility for workstreams with the opportunity to progress quickly.
Candidate Profile
  • Ideally newly MRICS (though strong candidates from graduate to Senior QS will be considered).
  • Consultancy background preferred, with commercial project experience an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a growing, hands-on environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build client relationships.
