Job description

Hours of Work: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm Friday 9am - 4pm, but flexibility is required.

Salary depending on experience.

We design, install, and maintain all types of automatically operating fire extinguishing systems and electronically activated fire detection and alarm systems for large projects through to servicing small standalone products. Duties
  • Provide commercial assistance to the project teams
  • Tender stage terms and conditions review
  • Monthly progress valuations of projectsTimely and accurate variations submissions
  • Attention to site progress and any delay events
  • Mentoring of junior team members
  • Attending site visits and client meetings
Candidate Skill Requirements
  • Previous experience within fire protection sector is preferred or if not construction services industry is required
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of construction management principles and practices
  • Full clean driving licence
