Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction.
• Experience in residential refurbishment or property maintenance preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial processes and contract conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assess costings for works, materials, and services.
• Manage and maintain commercial relationships with clients.
• Forecast project costs and produce reports on budget variations.
• Review contracts and identify commercial risks prior to project commencement.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and all statutory requirements.
• Support client satisfaction by monitoring quality and project delivery.
• Prepare and submit loss and expense claims as required.
• Carry out final commercial evaluations at project completion.
