Serco have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality & Training Manager to join the Contract Leadership Team (CLT) at RAF Brize Norton.
In this role you will be responsible for the Quality System, as defined in the Quality Management Plan and MAA Regulatory Articles for the Brize Support Contract (BSC) at RAF Brize Norton. You will carry out associated Quality and Training duties across all 3 areas of the BSC (Support Services, Airfield Services and Engineering).
We are looking for someone experienced in MRP 145 Regulations & ISO Standard 9001:2015a, who has lead auditor experience within an Aviation environment. A technically competent and experienced individual with the confidence to communicate effectively and who is eager to make an impact in a high-performing aviation environment would be the ideal candidate.

All Serco staff working on the Brize Norton Support Contract (BSC) must have SC Security Clearance which will be undertaken once an offer has been made and accepted. Candidates must be able obtain and maintain the appropriate Security Clearance.
