As part of our Production team, the Quality Technician will support both Assembly and Inspection teams, ensuring we deliver high quality and reliable products through robust and efficient manufacturing processes. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will be an essential partner to Assembly and Inspection teams, helping drive technical excellence and resolve quality issues at the source. You will be a go-to expert on quality-related matters, contributing to continual product and process improvement throughout the product lifecycle. Job Requirements

What will I be doing?

  • Embedded in Assembly operations, acting as a quality authority on the shop floor
  • Lead the Assembly Quality Clinic and participate in Material Review Board (MRB) decisions
  • Evaluate and sentence non-conformities; provide expert input to Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and external suppliers
  • Support root cause investigations and contribute to continual improvement initiatives across product life cycles
  • Provide technical coaching to assembly and inspection teams to build quality into the process

What do I need to succeed?

  • Technically skilled and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles, lean methods, and quality control
  • Experience with First Article Inspection, PPAP, and APQP processes
  • Confident using problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa, RCCA)
  • Ability to influence, coach, and work across cross-functional teams
