A leading infrastructure company is seeking a quality support professional to ensure compliance with engineering documentation processes. In this role, you'll compile reports, work with various teams to maintain quality standards, and support project closure activities. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in quality support in regulated environments, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role will join BGEN - one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.
You will play a key role in bringing projects to a successful close by compiling and reviewing End of Manufacturing Reports and Lifetime Quality Records, ensuring every document is complete, signed, and compliant.
You will work with installation teams across manufacturing, welding, electrical, and I&C to check quality, resolve gaps, and keep progress on track.
You will support the close-out of Non-Conformance Reports, liaise with engineers to capture corrective actions, and maintain trackers for quality metrics.
You will also prepare final handover packages, provide updates to stakeholders, and foster collaboration that drives continuous improvement.
