Qualifications

• 5+ years experience at a senior managerial level within an acute Trust.
• Experience in a leadership role with multi-professional groups.
• Evidence of continual professional development over the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Trust's approach to quality, risk, and patient safety.
• Implement the National Patient Safety Strategy.
• Advise Executive Directors on changes in legislation.
