A precision engineering manufacturer in Leeds is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality processes and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality environment and strong communication and leadership skills. This role involves overseeing a quality inspection team and driving continual improvement in product quality. Competitive salary range is £40,000 - £70,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience within manufacturing, quality, engineering or a related industrial environment.
• Proven experience maintaining documented quality management systems (ISO 9001 / AS9100).
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the company's ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems.
• Monitor product conformance and lead improvement activities.
• Investigate and manage non-conformances and customer complaints.
