A leading NHS trust in the UK is seeking a Quality Manager to maintain and develop the Quality Management System in compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will ensure effective incident management, lead audits, and support training initiatives. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills. A talented and motivated Quality Manager is sought to work within the stem cell transplant clinical and collection services to maintain the quality management system in line with JACIE, HTA and other regulatory bodies as required, and to facilitate inspections by them. The post holder should have excellent IT skills, be well organized and methodical with good communication skills. On the job training for Quality Management software will be provided where required.
The post holder will work in direct support of the Lead Cancer Quality Manager and other members of the Cancer Quality Team. The role will also include working with the wider cancer management team to ensure that the service objectives are achieved in a timely fashion in line with key Trust priorities and prevailing best practice or accreditation, licensing or regulatory requirements.
