We are currently recruiting for Quality Managers to support our various Siemens Mobility depots - Crawley, Northampton, Southampton and Manchester with the requirement to travel to other SMO locations as needed. The Quality Managers will lead and coordinate project quality of their assigned organizational unit ensuring the implementation of quality improvement methods and the improvement of process performance management. These roles will also focus on process and delivery quality, customer satisfaction, cost of quality and NCR's (Non-conformance reports), and will also be authorized and obliged to stop processes, projects and products that deviate from quality standards and requirements.
