c£43,000 - £50,000 plus 10% bonus

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager for a branded FMCG business that has seen a huge amount of growth in recent years. The business is based in an amazing office in central London and supplies a range of premium products to an international customer base.

The Quality Manager will be responsible for working closely with several 3rd party manufacturers and suppliers to ensure food safety and product quality standards are constantly exceeded. You will lead quality improvement initiatives and develop a quality assurance culture across the sites.

The successful Quality Manager will possess the following skills and experiences:

  • Educated to degree level in Food Science or related discipline
  • Experience working in a quality or technical role in the FMCG industry, ideally within beverages
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience in working closely with co-packers/3rd party manufacturing sites
  • A strong understanding of HACCP principles and ideally Lead Auditor qualified
