Location : Site-Based – Major £265m+ Project
Contract : Permanent, Full Time
Hours : 40 per week (Monday–Friday)

This £265m+ scheme is in its early stages, with demolition already underway, offering a rare opportunity to join a landmark project from the ground up and play a pivotal role in shaping its success.
With strong pipelines of work and continued investment in people and systems, our client is seeking a driven, motivated Quality Manager who wants to be hands on, visible on site, and instrumental in setting quality standards on a flagship project. This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in fast paced environments.
As Quality Manager, you will be a key member of the project leadership team, responsible for embedding a strong quality culture from the earliest stages of construction. Reporting directly to the Project / Production Lead, and working closely with the central business wide quality team, you will have real influence over how quality is planned, implemented, and delivered on site.
This is not a back office role you will be on the ground, working alongside delivery teams, driving standards, solving problems, and ensuring the project is built right first time. The early stage nature of the scheme provides genuine ownership and the chance to leave a lasting mark on a major project.
