Overview

Are you passionate about driving high standards of care and ensuring excellence across nursing homes? We are seeking an experienced Quality Lead to oversee and support 7 nursing homes, leading on clinical governance, quality improvement, and policy development.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership in quality and clinical governance across all 7 homes.
  • Monitor, review, and improve standards of care to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and review clinical and operational policies.
  • Support Home Managers and nursing teams in delivering safe, effective, person-centred care.
  • Lead on quality audits, action planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a role model for best clinical practice.
About You
  • NMC Registered Nurse (PIN essential).
  • Strong background working within nursing homes, with in-depth knowledge of sector-specific standards.
  • Proven experience in quality, compliance, and clinical governance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and policy-writing skills.
  • Passionate about ensuring residents receive the highest standards of care.
