You'll be part of a collaborative environment where your expertise will directly contribute to delivering quality excellence and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support and maintain quality systems to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce CoPQ by identifying inefficiencies, waste, and recurring quality issues.
  • Monitor and analyse DPPM metrics, driving corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality concerns.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone) and ensure timely closure of non‑conformances.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and process validations to uphold product and process integrity.
  • Support new product introductions by ensuring quality requirements are met.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching, and awareness activities.
  • Act as the primary liaison with Customer Services for managing and resolving customer returns.
  • Investigate customer returns promptly, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform incoming goods inspections and on‑site product inspections when required.
  • Execute internal audits and Factory Production Control (FPC) audits according to schedule.
  • Report quality issues, adverse trends, and corrective actions to stakeholders in a timely, data‑driven manner.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Prior experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Competence in metrology and precision measuring equipment.
  • Certified or experienced Internal Auditor (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience (e.g., AX) is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
What's on Offer

  • The chance to make a real impact in a global organisation committed to innovation and excellence.
