Qualifications

• Educated to a degree or HNC level or completion of an engineering apprenticeship.
• Previous experience in a Quality engineer/manager role in a precision machining organization.
• Experience and knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety systems.
• Manage internal and external audits to ensure ISO standards compliance.
• Monitor NCRs and implement corrective actions to foster continuous improvement.
• Perform inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Lead QMS review meetings and ensure completion of agreed actions.
