A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Quality and Compliance Administrator to join a team in Christchurch. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accreditations, conduct audits, and support continuous improvements in a dynamic environment. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Comply with all relevant Company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
  • Conduct internal audits relating to Quality.
  • Collate records and data relating to waste and energy management.
  • Record and facilitate the close-out of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
  • Produce accurate reports on quality, health, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Assist in the management review of company QHSE management systems.
  • Take minutes at various QHSE meetings.
  • Liaise with departments across the business to follow up on agreed actions.
  • Provide administrative support to the QHSE Manager as required.
