Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in supplier quality, quality assurance within ingredients distributions or the manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including BRC, HACCP, and GMP.
  • Experience conducting supplier audits and managing corrective action processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead investigations into non-conformances and write investigation reports.
  • Support site preparation for internal, customer and third-party audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on quality expectations.

Skills

Chinese language skills
Strong understanding of operational quality processes
Ability to conduct effective root cause analysis
Proven track record in investigations
Ability to work proactively
