Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for the Living Well Adults function. Qualifications

  • Experience in quality monitoring on data platforms (desirable).
  • Familiarity with co-production approaches (desirable).

Quality Assurance Manager – Adults (Living Well)

Rate: £425 per day, Umbrella Inside IR35

Duration: 6 months initially

HYBRID WORKING - 1-2 days onsite

Venn Group are supporting the recruitment of a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the Living Well Adults Quality Assurance function during a key transitional period. This is a critical role supporting service delivery and preparation for regulatory inspection.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of a Quality Assurance Strategy
  • Identify and escalate risks to senior managers and boards
  • Provide crucial support ahead of a CQC inspection
  • Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team
  • Co-ordinate and oversee provider failure processes, working closely with the Head of Services

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance within adult social care
  • Knowledge of contract management and the care provider market
  • Experience in quality monitoring on data platforms (desirable)
  • Familiarity with co-production approaches (desirable)
