This role involves preparing for meetings, managing documentation and audits while ensuring high standards for patient care. The ideal candidate should have strong organisational and communication skills, experience supporting managers, and an understanding of data protection. This position is vital in maintaining effective systems that enhance patient experience, working in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Quality Assurance Administrator to support the Regional Quality & Patient Experience Manager across our NHS 111, Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) and Out‑of‑Hours (OOH) services. These services operate 24/7, 365 days a year, and play a vital role in delivering safe, responsive and patient‑centred care across North West and South West London. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth running of our Quality and Patient Experience functions by providing comprehensive administrative support. Your work will directly support the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys varied, meaningful work. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑focused, confident communicating with a wide range of staff and motivated to help strengthen systems that improve patient experience.
