About The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Quality Assurance Administrator to support the Regional Quality & Patient Experience Manager across our NHS 111, Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) and Out‑of‑Hours (OOH) services. These services operate 24/7, 365 days a year, and play a vital role in delivering safe, responsive and patient‑centred care across North West and South West London. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth running of our Quality and Patient Experience functions by providing comprehensive administrative support. You will help ensure that our services consistently meet the highest standards for patients, partners and stakeholders, while upholding our organisational values: treating people as they wish to be treated, acting with integrity, embracing diversity and striving to improve together. You will work closely with clinical and operational colleagues, supporting meetings, documentation, audits and reporting processes that underpin quality governance. Your work will directly support the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys varied, meaningful work. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑focused, confident communicating with a wide range of staff and motivated to help strengthen systems that improve patient experience.

What you'll be doing
  • Preparing for meetings and supporting the Regional Quality & Patient Experience Manager
  • Taking minutes, maintaining action logs and collating information for presentations
  • Managing diaries and ensuring meetings meet quorum requirements
  • Supporting Patient Experience Administrators with letters, emails and general admin
  • Uploading case notes, voice recordings and documents as required
  • Providing dictation support to senior clinical leaders
  • Collating Health & Safety documentation across NWL and SWL sites
  • Supporting audits, deep‑dives and DATIX administration
  • Updating documentation, posters and public‑facing materials
  • Maintaining oversight of Business Continuity and Fire Warden checklists
  • Providing cross‑cover administrative support when needed
  • Assisting in developing improved administrative and business support systems
