REQUIREMENTS

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (Ofsted-approved)
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policiesExperience planning and delivering age-appropriate activities for 3 months – 5 years
• Ability to observe and assess children’s development effectively
• Knowledge of health, hygiene, and safety standards in early years settings
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership potential
