About the role

With the support of a team, you will run a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files involving sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold and new‑build properties.

About you

• Experienced Solicitors, CILEX Lawyers or Licensed Conveyancers with 3 years+ post‑qualification experience.
• Committed to providing a high level of client care.
• Ambitious and dynamic individual.
• Positive “can do” attitude.
• Organised, strong work ethic and good attention to detail.

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with demonstrable experience in residential conveyancing.
• Confident in managing a full caseload of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold, new build and complex transactions.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.
• Strong communication and client service skills, professional and approachable manner.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management.
• Comfortable using digital case management systems and committed to adopting new technology.
