Responsibilities
  • Meeting regional sales goals by leading initiatives in assigned territory and generating daily sales leads and a strong sales pipeline through cold calls, emails, in-person demos, and evaluations.
  • Consult and gain credibility with customers on the appropriate solutions to propose when moving between research through clinical to marketed applications.
  • Manage a sales funnel; grow the funnel through customer interactions and cross-functional collaboration. Update opportunities as they progress through the funnel. Ensure regular health and upkeep of the funnel on the CRM.
  • To increase awareness of the BioLector & QC product range by organizing and attending exhibitions, seminars and other events and by conducting direct marketing initiatives alongside other promotional activities as required.
  • To forecast potential sales accurately on a monthly basis to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a national role covering all of UK.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50%).
  • Educated to degree level or sales professional with experience in Biotechnology or GMP.

The ideal candidate would be based in Scotland and the North-East of England.
