Job Type: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week

Job Purpose

To assist and support the purchasing function through stock/nonstock and schedule order fulfilment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • The maintenance of M3 ERP system.
  • Purchase order processing.
  • Progress and reschedule purchasing orders as required.
  • Monitoring and distributing incoming work through the shared purchasing inbox.
  • Liaise with colleagues and suppliers to assist with goods inwards and any invoice queries that arise.
  • Manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels
  • Performing data entry tasks and preparing regular reports for management review
  • Provide general office administrative support as required.
  • Any other duties required by Management
Quality System Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
  • Good general education.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
