• Ability to assist with casework including client interaction.
• Capacity to prepare and manage funding applications to the Legal Aid Agency.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Department Director.
• Attend clients, take instructions, and prepare cases.
• Prepare draft documents and manage compliance with file management.

Skills

Immigration Accreditation preferred

Passion and experience in LAA funded Public Law

Strong academic background with a Law degree

Legal experience as a Public Law Paralegal/Advisor

Clear understanding and application of Public Law

Business acumen to market the Company

Excellent communication skills
