Responsibilities
  • You will provide 1:1 or small group support to children, helping them engage with lessons, build confidence, and improve academic performance.
  • You will use your understanding of psychology to support students with SEN, such as autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties, tailoring learning strategies to meet their needs.
  • You will be assisting children in managing their behaviour and emotions, using positive reinforcement and coping techniques to enhance their learning experience.
  • You need to be able to work alongside teachers to create an inclusive, nurturing environment that encourages all students to succeed, contributing to lesson planning and classroom activities.
